Waterproofing

Water problems rarely fix themselves. If moisture is showing up inside, the real issue may be grading, drainage, cracks, membranes, or a weak point in the building envelope.

We start by looking for the source, not just the stain. Water can travel behind walls, under floors, around foundations, through cracks, or across poorly sloped surfaces.

The right solution depends on the condition of the area. A small sealant repair is not the same as foundation waterproofing, drainage correction, or balcony membrane work.

We look at grading, downspouts, soil, cracks, joints, wall conditions, floor conditions, and areas where water collects after rain.

The purpose is to stop the problem from coming back, protect the structure, and give you a dry, usable space.

Finding the real cause

We look at the outside conditions and the inside symptoms together so the repair addresses why water is getting in.

Protecting the next renovation

Before finishing a basement or repairing a balcony, waterproofing should be handled properly so new finishes are not damaged later.
