Who we are
This website is operated by 1001721052 ONTARIO INC., operating as Woodopic. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project location (city or neighbourhood), the services you are interested in, property type, approximate size, finish level, preferred start time, budget range and any project details you choose to add.
Why we use it
We use this information only to review your project, prepare a quote and contact you about it by phone, text or email. We do not send marketing messages, and we do not sell or rent your information.
Who handles it for us
Your quote request is stored in HighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer relationship system we use to manage enquiries. Cloudflare hosts this website and runs a security check (Turnstile) that uses technical signals, such as your IP address and browser information, to tell people from automated spam; it is not used for advertising. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information. See Google Fonts privacy information. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, project records are kept as long as needed for the contract, warranty and legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies, and does not require an account.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, subject to applicable law. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
